Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Doctorsbagshop.com (Multicentive, Abel Tasmanlaan 5, 3603 GC Maarssen, Netherlands) and consumers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Contracting party and contract formation:
Your contracting party is Multicentive, based in the Netherlands. All product presentations are non-binding offers. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. We confirm the conclusion of the contract by email (order confirmation).

§3 Product information:
All information on our website has been compiled with care. Deviations in images, colours, dimensions or technical data cannot be completely excluded and do not give rise to claims.

§4 Prices and payment:
All prices are in euros including VAT. Available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

§5 Delivery:
The stated delivery times are indicative. Delivery normally takes place within 5-10 working days after receipt of payment. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider.

§6 Retention of title:
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment. Risk passes to you upon handover to the shipping service provider.

§7 Right of withdrawal for consumers:
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and undamaged. You bear the costs of return shipping.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
Contact us by email (info@dokterstassen.nl) or telephone (+31 346 832104) and send the goods with delivery note to:

We will refund the purchase price and shipping costs charged by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

§8 Warranty:
We warrant that all delivered products meet the usual requirements and are free from defects. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

Additional manufacturer warranty:
On McFermoir doctor’s bags we provide 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal use. On the locks of McFermoir doctor’s bags we offer a free repair service.

Excluded from warranty:

Intentional or negligent damage
Improper use
Inadequate maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Processing by third parties

§9 Liability:
Our liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless life, body or health are affected. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

§10 Force majeure:
In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, official measures) we may suspend contract performance or withdraw from the contract without giving rise to compensation claims.

§11 Copyright:
All content on this website is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not permitted.

§12 Applicable law and jurisdiction:
Dutch law applies to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

§13 Dispute resolution:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
