Exchange or return

1. First contact us via the contact form on the website.
2. Ensure the item is neatly and safely packed in a spacious box with plastic around the bag, so the product cannot be damaged during transport.
3. Add the delivery note to the return shipment so we know who the shipment is from.
4. Send the package and share the track & trace code with us. Keep the shipping receipt.
5. After receipt, we will check the item.
6. We will refund the amount of the item including the shipping costs charged by us within 14 working days after we have received the item in good condition.
7. Or in case of exchange, you can receive a voucher that can be spent in the online shop.

The item can also be dropped off (by appointment) in Maarssen.

• We only accept undamaged and unused items.
• Shipping costs incurred by you for returns are not refunded by us.
• Gift vouchers and discounts are not exchangeable for cash.

• Returns are at the buyer’s risk. This means that Doctorsbagshop.com is not liable for damage or loss of products returned by you. Therefore, always ensure you have a shipping receipt when returning something.
