Of course, it can happen that you haven’t made the right choice. You can exchange or return within 14 days of receipt (statutory cooling-off period).

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a trade-in service. However, you can donate your old bag or sell it through local classifieds.

Yes, we offer the following warranty:

1. Manufacturer’s warranty: 1 year on manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal use

2. Free repair service: For the locks on our McFermoir bags, we offer a free repair service, even after years of use. You only pay shipping costs to us.

Excluded from warranty:
– Intentional damage or damage due to negligence
– Improper use
– Inadequate maintenance
– Normal wear and tear
– Processing by third parties

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a loan service. For repairs, you can send your bag, and we’ll process it as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 weeks).

Maintaining the leather of our doctor’s bags is relatively simple:

1. Cleaning: You can remove dust and dirt with a damp cloth.

2. Care: The leather can be treated 1-2 times per year with a vegetable care product. We recommend products like Collonil Organic Protect & Care.

3. Waterproofing: To protect against moisture, you can waterproof the leather.

Tip: Store your bag in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Natural leather develops a beautiful patina over time – a natural colouring and shine that gives the leather character. This is a sign of high-quality leather and makes each bag unique.

New bags, especially in light colours, may initially transfer some colour. We recommend being careful with light-coloured clothing in the first few weeks.

Our leather bags are water-repellent but not completely waterproof. Light rain poses no problem, but we recommend not exposing the bag to heavy rain or moisture.

For additional protection, you can treat the leather with a waterproofing spray.

No, we exclusively sell new doctor’s bags. This guarantees you the best quality and full warranty coverage.

We offer a free repair service for the locks on McFermoir bags and in most cases repair them ourselves in our showroom.
